During his 32-year career John has had several sales, marketing and business development roles before founding his own consultancy business that he grew to 30 staff and successfully exited.

Andy is a technology-industry veteran, with 33 years spent in blue chip semiconductor companies and technology start-ups in the UK and US. Andy co-founded enModus in 2010; he brings leadership, strategic vision and is known for getting things done.

Richard is a partner at Breed Reply, the IoT investment and incubation arm of Reply SpA, where he is the Director of Investment. He has spent nine years in operating roles, as business development director of nGame (subsequently Hands-on Mobile) and CEO of Cytox, alternated with nine years of venture capital investment management, most recently at Finance Wales.
